Is sport the biggest stress-reliever?

Between the ages of 16 and 25, stress is a major problem that we are unable to reduce. In my opinion, I feel sport is a great way to release the tension you have been feeling every day, whether it is from school, university or work! Don’t worry, it doesn’t take long, literally 20 minutes a day is all it takes to keep fit and make sure your feeling happy.
In my opinion, I feel sports distracts me from stress at school. I dance, play netball and go to the gym. It’s a lot I know, and you don’t have to do as much, but I love sport enough to do it literally 1-2 hours a day!

I know sport isn’t for everyone. I get it, sometimes the idea of leaving my bed makes me want to cry, but you don’t have to go to the gym or be part of a netball club, walking your dog or swimming at the beach is just as important. Not once did I enter the gym when I was on holiday, swimming in the sea is just as physical. And, exotic views are another factor in helping to de-stress!
Overall, I feel fitness is a way to let out all your anger and emotions or a way to have fun and forget about your worries. I enjoy playing netball with my friends as well as concerntrating in the gym to get the best results. You can be fun or serious, either way sport is definitely the biggest stress reliever, and is a key way to stay happy in your life.
