I have always enjoyed sport and fitness. Since I was 2, I started dance, which slowly led to hurdles and netball. this video includes my favourite moments of 2019. 

​

I spent the beginning of my summer in LA learning and working with the best dance choreographers in the world. I want to show you guys how I've been inspired to dance and how anyone can be apart of it! 

​

The video also includes my improvement in hurdles and how I've developed as an athlete. I want you and everyone else to realise that sport can be for everyone, you just need to stick with it and stay inspired!

My favourite place to be is Turkey. I LOVE the beautiful beaches, the serene seas and the cultural cuisine! Holidays are the easiest place to put on your headphones, open a book and let your imagination take over. 

​

Recently, I became incredibly stressed due to my exams. This is NOT a good thing for your wellbeing! Emotional stress that stays around for weeks or months can weaken the immune system and cause high blood pressure, fatigue, depression, anxiety and even heart disease. Therefore, I decided that a week away was the best idea for me to feel better.

​

However, for some, a holiday may not take away the stress. For other options,                         to see others way you can relax that may be cheaper and better for you!

​

There are many ways to stay stress free. I find going on holiday is best thing to do. Calming seas, clean air and a scorching sun is enough to make me feel relaxed. 

​

I don't know about you, but waking up in the morning in a sunny place is the most tranquil place to be. Don't you agree?
